Your puppy is guaranteed to be in good health & free of communicable diseases at the time of the sale. If within 1 week from the time you, the buyer, take possession of the puppy, it is found by a licensed veterinarian not to be in good health, I, the breeder, agree to refund the purchase price upon return of the puppy to me, the breeder. I, the breeder, are not responsible for any expenses incurred. A refund will be given only upon receipt of the report from a licensed veterinarian.
Your puppy is guaranteed to be free from genetic defects for 1 year from the date of birth. If your puppy is found to have a genetic defects, you may return it to us, the breeder, at your, the buyer's expense with a written statement from a licensed veterinarian for (option 1) return puppy & receive a new puppy of comparable quality or (option 2) keep your puppy & receive half of the price paid for your puppy. Price paid for puppy was_________Dollars. If a new puppy has to be shipped it is at buyer's expense. We the breeder, are not responsible for any veterinarian bills acquired by you, the buyer.
Your puppy has been on a vaccination & deworming schedule here. Please take the shot record we provide to your veterinarian. It is very important to continue the vaccinations & worming schedule for your puppy & don't forget annual boosters after that.
You the buyer, agree to take good care of the puppy & to provide adequate food, water, housing, & medical care. Please remember puppies are babies too! They need plenty of rest, fresh water, regular food, a warm & dry place to sleep, regular exercise AND T.L.C.
