The booking fee is $50.00 to be paid when the bitch is left with the stud. The form of payment is cash.   The booking fee of $50.00 will be refunded when a fee of $650.00 (six hundred-fifty dollars) paid by cash or the pick of the litter, with proper transfer paper work (Full AKC Regisrtation) has been given to Laura Barbich as a stud fee. 

Please check form of payment for stud fee:

• $650.00 cash payment.
• Pick of the litter with proper transfer paper work (Full AKC Registration). (Tails & Dewclaws removed and 1st shots)

If the bitch fails to conceive, a second stud service at no charge will be provided for the bitch. The bitch’s owner has to notify us within fourteen days after the scheduled whelping date that no puppies were whelped. In the event that a second stud service does not result in pregnancy we will considered to have fulfilled our obligation to this contract and will be entitled to the booking fee of $50.00 that has been paid by cash.

If the bitch only whelps 1 live puppy, that puppy will be sold & the money split between the two parties.  A second stud service will be provided to the original bitch, or a mutually agreed bitch, at a time agreeable to both parties, the terms of the original contract will apply to second attempt of stud service.

I highly recommend that tails & dewclaws are taken off right after birth and that first puppy shots are given before transfer of puppies to new owners. If choosing to pay for stud service in the form of pick of the litter, chosen puppy must have tail & dewclaws removed and first puppy shots done by bitch's owner before transfer of puppy to stud's owner.

The owner of the bitch hereby releases full responsibility to Laura Barbich from any liabilities and/or damage to said bitch while she is in the care of Laura Barbich for breeding.

I, we, the owner of the bitch hereby certify(s) that we have read this contract, understand its complete contents, and agree to it fully.
